The design of The Talent Bridge

Hey friends,
One of my favourite quotations goes something like this... "when you train people and they leave you, what happens? But when you dont train people and they stay with you then what happens?"
Well this may not be verbatim but it always guided me.
October 13th was the day I began to give a dream of mine a little more attention-to become a trainer on my own. I left my job with Softbrands and decided that I want to become a trainer/entrepreneur.
And this was the begining of The Talent Bridge. Thought of many names that would make sense and then a dear friend thought of The Training People..created a logo also for me and I almost decided on this.
Seetha, came up with the idea that Talent should be the key word in what I do and viola I was the "MD" of The Talent Bridge.
Its very early to even say how far I would reach with this idea of mine but I have started and know deep down that all my well wishers are with me and will take me to that pinnacle of success that I am looking for.
